Senior SAP Finance Technology Transformation Lead (f/m/x)

Join a project for a global healthcare organization undergoing a major financial technology transformation. In this strategic leadership role, you will shape and drive the evolution of enterprise finance systems, ensuring that critical financial operations are supported by scalable, compliant, and future-ready technology solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will lead international transformation initiatives, optimize financial processes, and accelerate digital innovation across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy supporting finance operations and transformation objectives
• Lead global programs, overseeing delivery plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure business priorities are translated into effective technology investments, standards, and governance frameworks
• Oversee financial systems covering core accounting, payments, receivables, treasury operations, reporting, and related processes
• Review solution architecture, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high levels of system performance
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation initiatives, leadership of cross-functional teams, and coaching of senior professionals

Our requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, combined with expertise in finance technology, ERP delivery, or large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP finance processes, including general accounting, payables, receivables, asset accounting, intercompany transactions, financial close activities, multi-currency environments, and financial reporting
• Proven track record of leading complex global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or next-generation ERP transformation programs
• Solid experience in project governance, risk management, issue resolution, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and program reporting
• Good understanding of financial compliance, indirect taxation, statutory reporting, audit requirements, and internal control frameworks
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
