Requirements:
Practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly Service Catalog
Knowledge of Service Catalog, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, categories, approval processes, and request fulfillment
Experience in ServiceNow administration, including user and role management, notification configuration, UI Policies, and Business Rules
Experience designing and configuring workflows using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor
Basic knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder, including catalog page customization
Experience with Catalog Client Scripts and server-side scripting, including Script Includes and Business Rules
Ability to work independently and quickly integrate into an existing team
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow Service Catalog, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variable Sets, and categories
Configure approval processes, fulfillment tasks, and request lifecycle management
Design and develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor
Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user and role management, notifications, and system properties
Customize Service Portal components and catalog pages to improve the user experience
Develop and maintain Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Support data processing, server-side scripting, and integrations
Collaborate with the existing team to maintain and improve ServiceNow services
