Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days in a week to onsite)

Job Type: B2B Contract

Key responsibilities will be to

• Analyze, understand the current technical architecture of the existing application

• Develop / modernize application stack with the latest frameworks

• Work within a small pod of 4 to 6 developers

• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs

Your team

You will be a key member of a young and expanding team that is part of the Client Onboarding function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we work on the Periodic KYC reviews application working closely with peers from the Operations and Digital teams as well as other engineering teams.

Your expertise

• Preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree)

• Minimum of 12 years of hands on design and development experience in Java, Spring, Kafka

• Core skills : Java, Spring / Springboot

• Additional Skills : Microservices , Agentic AI

• have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA

• demonstrate strong communication skills, both to senior management and teams

• strong analytical and problem solving skills

• collaborative approach towards problem solving, working closely with other colleagues in the global team and sensitive towards diversity
