AI Engineer (Mid) with .NET Programming Skills

Your responsibilities

• Develop applications and services in .NET (C#) using AI components
• Build and enhance AI agents and integrate them with company applications and systems
• Integrate LLM services (e.g., Azure OpenAI) into business solutions
• Build and maintain REST APIs exposing AI functionality
• Use Azure services (Logic Apps, Graph API, Static Web Apps) to automate processes and integrate systems
• Integrate with a variety of data sources: SQL databases, APIs, and other systems
• Collaborate with the team and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Document solutions and apply good engineering practices
• Keep up with new tools and trends in the AI space

Our requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in .NET (C#) development
• Experience building or integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with building AI agents (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, function calling, RAG basics)
• Basic knowledge of Azure (Logic Apps, Graph API)
• Hands-on experience using generative models (LLMs) in applications
• Good knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of SQL
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently
• Nice to have: Azure Static Web Apps, Python
• Knowledge of German will be a strong advantage
