IT Support Consultant

🌍 Work model: 5 days/week on-site in Bucharest, Floreasca Park

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Consultant proficient in English with 2 to 4 years of experience. This role involves hands-on support for end-user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.

Main responsibilities include:

• Performing hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.

• Managing local stock and coordinating storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.

• Acting as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room, providing basic server and networking support under the guidance of remote teams.

• Coordinating with global tech teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues.

• Supporting ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in English.

• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with hardware setup and configuration.

• Ability to manage local IT asset tracking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in server room management.

• Background in IT-related change communication.

Other Details: This position is based in Bucharest and may require travel to a secondary site for server room management.
