Product Management Director – Soft FM & Estates

About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About the Role

You'll own a significant slice of the SINGU product suite: space management and Soft FM services – cleaning standards, portering, and catering – used every day primarily across the UK healthcare market. Product-market fit is established and thousands of users depend on these products daily. What the portfolio needs now is strategic direction and taking them to their next level of growth.

You'll do that through a team of four Product Managers who are domain experts in the products they run. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll stay close to customer problems yourself, you'll raise the bar on how the team discovers and validates work, and you'll have real autonomy to decide what's worth building – and to prove it works.

SINGU group grows both organically and through acquisition, and several of these products arrived with the companies that built them. You'll shape the strategy for bringing them into one coherent ecosystem and lead your team through that change. If you enjoy taking a set of good but separate products and making them add up to something bigger, that is the interesting part of this job.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product colleagues across the SINGU Group so your portfolio drives revenue and solves real problems across the European FM market. AI is a must-have lever in our industry rather than a talking point: you'll be applying it where it measurably improves how our customers run their estates.

This is a hybrid position (3 days from our office per week, either in Cracow or Warsaw), with periodic travel to London.

Role Scope

People Leadership & Team Development:

• Manage and develop the Product Managers within the product team.

• Own the full management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, promotions, and exits.

• Foster a high-performing product culture based on customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and outcome orientation.

• Manage staffing and focus areas across the suite, reallocating product resources where needed to balance discovery workload and meet strategic priorities.

• Lead the team through change – new ways of working, a shifting portfolio, and product consolidation – bringing people with you rather than around them.

Product Discovery & Strategy:

• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.

• Decide where to invest and where to hold: set a clear, defensible position on which initiatives scale and communicate it across the business.

• Build strong alignment with the Sales team to ensure product discovery and roadmap priorities actively unblock deals and support revenue growth.

• Identify and resolve ambiguities, dependencies, and competing priorities that impact discovery quality and speed.

Product Management Best Practices & Standards:

• Promote modern product practices, including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development.

• Ensure product teams consistently validate assumptions through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.

• Drive improvements in requirements quality, stakeholder communication, prioritization frameworks, and release planning.

• Cooperate with the Chief Architect and Engineering Managers to ensure product decisions account for technical feasibility and platform constraints.

• Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and analytics to improve product insights, customer understanding, and decision-making quality.

Collaboration & Cross-Company Coordination:

• Coordinate with commercial and customer-facing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market plans and revenue goals for the portfolio.

• Represent the company at external events, conferences, and industry forums to share product insights, build the Group's profile, and stay connected to market trends.

• Maintain alignment, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion with colleagues across the Group.

Experience & Requirements

Must have's:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with at least three of them in B2B SaaS. Strong B2C experience in FM, healthcare, or an adjacent domain is also worth a conversation.

• At least two years leading a team as a people manager – product managers ideally, but we are flexible on the setup; what matters is that you have owned a team, not that you are ready to start.

• Experience taking a team or a product area through real change: new ways of working, a restructure, or post-acquisition integration – and bringing the sceptics with you.

• Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development, using AI-powered tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery.

• Proven track record of leading product discovery across multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps.

• Strong commercial awareness: able to partner with Sales and align product decisions with revenue and retention goals.

• Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, querying product analytics, and using quantitative evidence to drive decisions.

• Excellent stakeholder communication: able to frame trade-offs and build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.

• English at C1 or above, written and spoken, with the confidence to represent the product externally.

Nice to Have's:

• Experience working in empowered product trios (or similar cross-functional squads) with engineering and design.

• Experience in healthcare (ideally the UK market, NHS), public sector, or government-adjacent markets.

• Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments.

• Experience integrating acquired products into a single coherent platform.

• Polish or German alongside English.

Not sure you tick every box? If you are strong on product leadership and craft but light on one of the requirements, we would still like to hear from you.

Why Here

• Competitive salary: up to 36 000 PLN net b2b or 29 800 PLN gross CoE, based on your experience.

• Real ownership: you own a portfolio and the team that runs it. Strategy, discovery, and outcomes are yours, not a backlog handed down to you.

• Modern product culture: we work in trios, practice continuous discovery, and ship to learn.

• AI that makes sense: you'll apply AI to a platform customers already rely on, where it measurably improves how they run their estates – not bolted on for its own sake.

• A stable base for ambitious work: SINGU is profitable and growing, with consistently stable results.

• Growth: SINGU keeps growing through acquisition, so new areas to consolidate and lead keep appearing.

• International scope: five companies and around 250 people across Poland, the UK, and Germany, with a portfolio that spans markets rather than one office.
