About the project

Project Management Office (PMO) at AVSystem delivers complex technology solutions for global telecom customers. We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background who combines hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing delivery ownership.

You will be responsible for deploying our device management, service activation, and monitoring solutions into communication service providers’ environments, working directly with customers and Engineering teams. Our customers include major telecom operators such as AT&T, Orange, T-Mobile, and Vodafone, and you will work on large-scale deployments involving networks, distributed systems, integrations, and real-world production challenges.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, taking ownership of delivery, and working across customer communication, troubleshooting, solution design, and implementation activities.

This is how we organize our work

This is how we work

• in house

Your responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of AVSystem solutions in customer environments
• Lead deployments, integrations, configuration, testing, and production rollouts
• Work directly with customers, Engineering teams, and internal stakeholders as a technical point of contact
• Troubleshoot complex issues across network, system, and application layers
• Participate in technical discussions around architecture, integrations, and solution design
• Translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
• Support customer onboarding and knowledge transfer

Our requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems engineering, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or similar technical roles
• Experience deploying, integrating, or troubleshooting complex systems
• Networking knowledge at CCNA level, including TCP/IP, routing and switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and security best practices
• Experience with Linux systems and APIs
• Ability to analyze logs, configurations, and technical issues
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to engineers and customers
• A proactive approach to owning complex deliveries and solving real-world problems
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level

Optional

• Experience delivering solutions for telecom operators (CSPs/ISPs)
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS, device management, SNMP, MQTT, TR-069/TR-369, or CWMP
• Experience with PKI, virtualization, cloud environments, monitoring, or automation
• Understanding of xDSL, xPON, HFC, LTE, OLT/ONT ecosystems
• Experience with multi-server architectures and load-balanced environments
• Previous experience coordinating technical projects or delivery activities

What we offer

• You’ll work on deployments that actually matter – systems managing millions of connected devices across the globe. Real networks, real scale, real engineering
• You won’t be limited to schedules, status updates, and coordination. You’ll understand problems deeply, influence technical decisions, and see your work running in production environments
• Expect complex integrations, multi-vendor environments, and challenging customer scenarios – not repetitive tasks or “status update theater”
• You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and delivery specialists who value ownership, technical excellence, and practical problem solving
• Whether you want to deepen your technical expertise, grow towards technical leadership, or develop further in customer-facing engineering, we’ll support your growth
• Fully remote or hybrid work (3 days from Kraków office, 2 days remotely) after onboarding (1-2 weeks onsite)
• Flexible working hours
• A bonus system based on quarterly performance evaluation
• Private medical care and Multisport card
• Onsite gym and chillout space
• Company parking and bike room
