Fullstack Developer (Python + React)

At Cloudfide, we engineer solutions where data truly becomes an accelerator for innovation. We build and evolve large-scale, cloud-native platforms and applications for global clients, including leaders in retail and the Fortune 500.

• We deliver modern, secure, and responsive applications that put data and AI-driven capabilities directly into the hands of business users.

• Our projects have measurable, real-world impact, from enhancing customer experiences at scale to empowering data-driven decision-making in high-visibility global organizations.

• As we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to shape solutions, drive architecture decisions, and take full ownership of strategic initiatives.

Opportunity Overview

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will design, build, and evolve a modern web application for our client, end to end. You'll work closely with the client, take ownership of technical decisions, and see your work through from development to deployment.

Expect a modern stack: React 19, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, real-time streaming with Server-Sent Events, enterprise-grade authentication, and fully automated CI/CD.

Your responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a production-grade web application across the full stack, from the React frontend to the Python/FastAPI backend.

• Building responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Designing and developing REST APIs and real-time Server-Sent Events streaming, end to end, from backend endpoints to frontend consumption.

• Implementing secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC (Azure AD via MSAL or Ping), including MFA.

• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automate testing, builds, and deployments.

• Driving engineering best practices: testing, code quality, security, observability, and documentation.

• Working directly with the client to gather requirements, propose solutions, manage expectations, and communicate technical decisions clearly.

• Taking ownership of the project's technical direction, prioritization, and delivery.

• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and proposing improvements to the product and its architecture.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a closely related engineering role.

• Strong proficiency in React (ideally React 19) and TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready frontend code.

• Solid experience with Python 3 and FastAPI in building backend services and APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend tooling.

• Practical experience designing REST APIs and implementing Server-Sent Events (or similar streaming mechanisms) end to end.

• Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows, including Azure AD (MSAL) or Ping, and MFA.

• Experience with GitHub Actions and building CI/CD pipelines.

• Self-reliance: the ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and unblock yourself.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in direct collaboration with customers and non-technical stakeholders.

• A strong sense of ownership: you treat the product as your own and care about its quality, reliability, and outcomes.

Optional

• Experience building applications that integrate with AI/LLM services (e.g. streaming model responses to the UI).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS/GCP equally valuable).

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep).

• Experience with frontend and backend testing frameworks (e.g. Vitest, Playwright, pytest).

• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery.
