We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join a banking project focused on corporate banking systems. The role combines business and technical analysis, requirements gathering, process modelling, and testing. You will work closely with business owners and cross-functional IT teams to support the development and integration of custom IT applications.

Wymagania

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications for IT systems.
• Practical experience defining, documenting, and modifying business processes and data models.
• Experience delivering IT projects, particularly involving custom application development.
• Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with functional and integration testing, data conversion and reconciliation, and access rights testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work closely with business users.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools used in modern SDLC processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence, Jira, and draw.io.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Familiarity with testing and test automation tools such as TestLink, Selenium, or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and message queues (MQ).
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with core banking systems or corporate banking applications.

Zakres obowiązków

• Collaborate with business owners to define system requirements and future development plans.
• Analyze business processes in the corporate banking domain.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for IT systems.
• Define and maintain business processes and data models.
• Work closely with developers, analysts, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Review proposed changes to ensure consistency with the existing system architecture.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration, data migration, reconciliation, and access rights tests.
• Support the development and improvement of tools used for functional testing.
• Participate in integration and migration projects.
• Work within Agile teams using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
