We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to join Lead to Cash (L2C) Digital Transformation team in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models, analytics data sets, semantic layers, and data pipelines
• Adapt existing analytics connections and developments to the L2C target systems (including Salesforce Greenfield and the target billing and transactional systems), and secure reporting continuity through each transition, including testing of critical reports
• Build and operate automated data quality frameworks, monitoring, and reconciliation processes
• Identify and qualify AI opportunities within the data, analytics, and content roadmap and backlog, and test them through rapid prototypes with measured results
• Develop AI and Generative AI solutions, including analytics assistants, data-quality agents, and retrieval-based applications
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, duplicate detection, entity matching, and classification
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards
• Create reusable components, documentation, and best practices to support wider adoption of data and AI capabilities

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI, or a related field
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives within transformation or migration programs
• Proven track record of deploying at least one AI/ML solution into production
• Advanced SQL and data modeling (dimensional and semantic) with data pipeline and ELT development and orchestration
• Python for data engineering, automation, and AI solutions
• Salesforce data integration, including Salesforce Data Cloud and API-based or event-driven integration
• Data quality, governance, reconciliation, and master data management.
• BI and analytics platforms (such as Qlik), including scripting standards and report regression testing
• Generative-AI engineering on enterprise data: retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, evaluation of model output, and a cloud AI platform
• Data security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices
• Very good English

Optional

• LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic AI frameworks
• Experience with CRM, Order-to-Cash, Billing, or Commercial domains
• SAFe and Agile delivery at scale
