Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (CEE/SEE)

Your responsibilities

• Transformation Program Leadership: lead a multi-million-euro international digital program, managing the rollout of the mobile application across group markets together with operational model changes.
• Strategy & Roadmap: define implementation roadmaps, monitor business cases, and continuously track business value realization (ROI).
• C-Level Stakeholder Management: manage relationships with key executives, chair Steering Committees, and lead strategic communications with leadership.
• Change & Risk Management: proactively mitigate risks, manage cross-project dependencies, drive organizational change management, and embed new business processes.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: synchronize efforts across central teams and local markets (Product, PMO, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Vendor Governance: Oversee key software suppliers and external technology partners.

Our requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years leading large, international transformation programs.
• Proven background in a top-tier consulting firm (Big4, MBB, Tier-2) or delivering complex management advisory or operating model transformation projects.
• Track record in Digital Transformation programs and digital product/platform rollouts in international environments.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with a track record of defending recommendations directly to C-Level executives.
• Full professional fluency in English (C1/C2 level) in a multi-national context.
• Executive presence – comfortable working as a trusted peer and sparring partner for CEOs, CFOs and Board members.
• Consulting mindset and problem solving – able to break down complex business challenges, identify practical solutions and turn strategy into tactical execution.
• Organizational change management – experienced in addressing resistance, ostering adoption, and leading through influence without direct authority.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking – strong understanding of commercial objectives, ROI and the dynamics of negotiation and decision-making.

About the project

We are seeking for a transformation leader for the position of Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation & MAC Rollout. This role will oversee a multi-million-euro digital transformation program focused on rolling out the MAC (Mobile App for Customers) platform and digitizing customer journeys across Central and Southern Europe. The role requires a unique blend of management consulting background, top-tier executive presence, and hands-on experience in complex IT delivery and organizational change.
