Zakres obowiązków
- Support two teams
- Drive progress, predictability and quality across supported teams
- Facilitate planning, follow-up and delivery activities
- Identify and support resolution of impediments
- Drive continuous improvement within the teams
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Support implementation of Ways of Working and tools
- Support team working on the Credit Risk Platform built in Pega and onboarding the Retail client segment
- Support the new Poland-based Java team
