Project Delivery Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Practitioner to support the successful delivery of projects within the Site ExperienceHub Program. The role combines hands-on project delivery, program coordination, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and strategic planning in a global and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.

• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the Site ExperienceHub Program.

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.

• Coordinate distributed and multicultural project teams across different locations and time zones.

• Drive project execution and ensure alignment between business, IT, development, service management, and other stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

• Anticipate potential problems, assess their impact, and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution actions.

• Monitor project progress, KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall delivery health.

• Support effective resource planning and allocation across projects and workstreams.

• Coordinate cutover, go-live, transition, and hypercare activities to ensure successful implementation and stabilization.

• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering meetings, and stakeholder communication.

• Apply appropriate Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches depending on project requirements.

• Ensure effective cooperation with global teams and stakeholders in a complex international environment.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, processes, and standards.

• Travel when required by project or service needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development-related environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery, project coordination, and IT project management, preferably within medium to large-scale local or global projects.

• Proven experience working with virtual, distributed, and multicultural teams.

• Strong practical knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile.

• Experience with recognized project management frameworks; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is an advantage.

• Good understanding of Program and Portfolio Management.

• Knowledge of IT service delivery best practices, including ITIL principles.

• Basic understanding of ITIL and Release Management processes.

• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with project and service management tools such as Jira, HPSM, and ServiceNow (SNOW).

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex organizational environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve delivery challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and dependencies simultaneously.

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.

• Willingness to travel depending on project and service requirements.

Project Delivery & Program Management Expertise

The role requires strong practical expertise in the following areas:

• Project Delivery Management – end-to-end ownership of project execution, deliverables, milestones, scope, risks, and dependencies.

• Roadmap & Timeline Orchestration – developing and managing integrated project and program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and critical dependencies.

• Strategic Coordination – aligning project teams, stakeholders, business objectives, and IT functions.

• Risk & Resource Oversight – proactively managing project risks, issues, dependencies, capacity, and resource allocation.

• Cutover & Hypercare Management – planning and coordinating go-live, cutover, stabilization, and transition activities.

• Agile & Waterfall Delivery – selecting and applying the appropriate delivery methodology based on project context and business needs.

• Stakeholder & Governance Management – ensuring transparency, effective communication, decision-making, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Project Delivery Practitioner who combines strong project management expertise with the ability to operate at program level. You are comfortable working in a complex global environment, coordinating distributed teams, managing multiple dependencies, and driving projects from initiation through delivery, go-live, and hypercare.
