Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Support two teams

• Drive progress, predictability and quality across supported teams

• Facilitate planning, follow-up and delivery activities

• Identify and support resolution of impediments

• Drive continuous improvement within the teams

• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams

• Support implementation of Ways of Working and tools

• Support team working on the Credit Risk Platform built in Pega and onboarding the Retail client segment

• Support the new Poland-based Java team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe

• Practical experience with software development and SDLC

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Ability to drive results through others

• Coaching approach to supporting teams

• Fluent English

• Relevant certification is an advantage

Nice to have:

• Experience working with EDC-based teams
