Wymagania
- Extensive hands-on experience with Go (Golang) development.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performance, large-scale APIs or microservices.
- Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, concurrency, networking principles, and database concepts.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, monitoring/observability solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance, stability, and production-related issues.
- Good communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with integrating AI-powered tools into everyday development processes.

- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Go.
- Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems.
- Design and implement APIs while enabling seamless communication across distributed services.
