Join us as IT Support Specialist Junior/Mid position in Wrocław!

IT Support Specialist in Siili is someone who:

• provides day-to-day support for company IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and network devices,

• troubleshoots hardware and software issues to ensure smooth business operations,

• manages IT asset inventory and lifecycle records,

• coordinates hardware repairs and vendor service requests,

• performs regular office IT checks and maintenance,

• installs, configures, and updates operating systems and applications,

• manages office access cards, including issuing, updating, and deactivating access,

• occasionally travels to company offices to provide on-site support.

IT Support Specialist in Siili essentials:

• basic to intermediate knowledge of computer and networking hardware,

• familiarity with Windows and macOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting,

• experience with collaboration and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence),

• good English communication skills,

• attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining secure and efficient IT environments,

• strong organizational skills and the willingness to build the business of Siili together.
