Company Mission

4human's purpose is to simplify and improve everyday work for people, employees and managers. In HR that means one platform built for Nordic regulations and ways of working, with market-leading sick-leave follow-up and 20+ years of payroll, time and scheduling integrations behind it.

The next stage is bigger than Norway. 4human launched in Sweden in 2026 and is now the core-HR pillar of a Nordic HCM group alongside Eletive (engagement and people analytics) and Tamigo (workforce management), with a shared ambition to become the leading human capital management platform in the Nordics and beyond.

Your work on 4human HRM V8 is what makes that possible: a platform that stays stable and fast as the customer base grows, connects cleanly to the group's products, and brings AI assistance into everyday HR work.
