IT Business/ Data Analyst

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the office
Salary:150 pln/h -B2B

We are looking for an experienced  IT Business/Data Analyst to join an international team responsible for designing and delivering reporting and data-driven solutions. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into sustainable and reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and specify new reporting solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Act as the bridge between business and IT teams.
Support stakeholders in understanding requirements, data flows, and solution impacts.
Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements:
Professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis.
Strong experience in business and solution analysis.
Good understanding of data integration and data flows.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
Knowledge of trading, tax reporting, or transaction reporting processes.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:
Experience with XSLT, BDD, or Communication Layer solutions.
Basic programming knowledge and ability to read code.
