About the Project
Today, over 5 billion people use basic applications like email, notes, and tasks that were not built as AI-native tools. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users, bringing intelligence to conversations, errands, organization, and daily workflows with minimal prompting.
Our product focuses on high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We tackle multi-step reasoning, external tool integration, and model predictability. Our target is to help users complete daily tasks with over ~90% reduced time, creating an experience that feels truly magical.
We are a lean, world-class team with high talent density. We make decisions rapidly, strike a balance between high-quality output and fast iteration, and give our engineers the autonomy to execute independently.
Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems, you will build the product layer that turns foundational AI capabilities into dependable, production-grade applications.
End-to-End Product Engineering: Build features across the frontend, backend, and AI integration layers.
Agent Architecture: Design agent workflows that effectively handle multi-step planning, tool execution, failure modes, and self-recovery.
Real-time AI Interactions: Engineer responsive systems utilizing streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints.
System Reliability & Observability: Integrate LLMs, memory, and third-party tools into systems that perform consistently under real-world conditions.
Continuous Iteration: Build robust fallback mechanisms and continuously improve system success rates based on evaluation metrics and user telemetry.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Full Stack Experience: Proven background building end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks.
System Design & APIs: Solid understanding of API architecture, data flow, and distributed system fundamentals.
AI/LLM Experience: Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI-powered features in production.
High Ownership: Ability to take feature ownership from initial concept through design to production deployment.
Pragmatic Mindset: Comfortable making clear engineering choices in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Tech Stack
Frontend / Backend: Next.js, Node.js, Python
AI & Machine Learning: PyTorch, OpenAI / Anthropic / Open-source LLMs
Data & Infrastructure: SQL & NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes
What We Offer
Employment Contract (UoP): Stable employment with standard statutory benefits.
100% Remote Work: Complete flexibility to work from anywhere.
High Impact: Opportunity to shape an AI-native product reaching global scale.
Streamlined Culture: High autonomy, low friction, and quick decision-making.
Interview Process
We value your time and aim for a fast, transparent evaluation:
Online Coding Assessment (Practical skills validation)
HR Interview (Introductory chat to align on background and expectations)
Technical Interview (Deep dive into system design, full-stack architecture, and AI concepts)
Founder Interview (Final alignment on vision, culture, and high-level execution)
