The company is expanding its local operations and gradually transferring key business processes and IT responsibilities from the Netherlands, strengthening the autonomy of its Polish organization.

About the project

As the Polish manufacturing site takes over additional business processes and IT responsibilities from its headquarters in the Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT & MES Specialist to support, maintain and develop business-critical IT applications, manufacturing systems and integrations.

The successful candidate will play an important part in building a more independent local IT environment.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain, support and develop business-critical IT applications, including ERP and MES systems.
• Independently manage, implement and troubleshoot integrations between manufacturing and business applications.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its integration with other systems.
• Ensure the stability, availability and continuity of manufacturing and office applications.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage application changes, including analysis, testing, implementation and post-deployment support.
• Support system integrations across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Gradually take over technical responsibilities from external IT service providers.
• Maintain technical documentation, system knowledge and application-related procedures.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT application management, manufacturing IT or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), including system support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting integrations between MES, ERP and other business applications.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production-related IT environments.
• Very good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical issues and take ownership of business-critical applications.
• Strong communication skills and a business-oriented approach.
• English at B2 level or above.

Optional

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Experience supporting ERP systems.
