Junior Application Support Consultant with English and German (remote)

Your responsibilities

• Processing and handling service desk requests - incident management, handling service and feature requests for application,
• Creation and maintenance of support related documentation,
• Cooperation with the development and infrastructure teams,
• Deployment of application instances in on-premises and hosted scenarios,
• Evaluation of applied fixes,
• Proposing improvements to both the technical and business workflow aiming at improving team performance.

Our requirements

• English, B2 or higher, required for customer communication,
• German, B1 or higher, required for customer communication,
• Strong computer and application skills (basic knowledge of Windows Server, HTTP protocol and web servers, Git version control)
• Strong communication skills - can explain a technical issue clearly and politely to a non-technical customer
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and the ability to use them critically
• Being thorough, precise, and responsible.
• Proactiveness and ownership - following a ticket through to resolution and documenting what was done

• Administration of application and its dependencies
