For our Client from banking industry we are looking for 🔹Senior IT Analyst (with testing support)🔹

Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia, 3 days a week from the office

Type of agreement: B2B contract with possibility of extension

Our teams are delivering innovative web and mobile banking solutions used by customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, while continuously evolving the next generation of digital banking services.

You will be part of a vibrant Channels- Business technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working within one of six agile teams and collaborating across disciplines to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products.

Wymagania

Must-have knowledge and experience:

1. 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry

2. Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs, and partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps

3. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders

4. Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

1. Have knowledge of digital banking or web application architecture

2. Are familiar with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma

Zakres obowiązków

• Analyze and document business needs, and translate them into clear IT requirements that support scalable and sustainable solutions
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design, in an agile setup
• Actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries
• Support manual testing of business or maintenance features in accordance with the priorities
• Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to keep work progressing smoothly
