Senior Product Security Engineer – AI & LLM

Would you like to help define how LLM-powered applications, AI agents and AI tooling are securely designed and adopted across a global technology-driven organisation?

We are looking for a Senior Product Security Engineer to secure AI systems, model integrations, data flows and supporting infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role, combining Product Security, threat modelling and architecture reviews with the practical implementation of security controls.

You will work directly with software, platform and cloud teams, helping them introduce AI safely without unnecessarily slowing down development.

What will you work on?

• Perform threat modelling, architecture reviews and security assessments for AI use cases

• Design security controls for LLM applications, agents, model integrations and data flows

• Define secure patterns for AuthN/AuthZ, IAM, secrets management, logging and monitoring

• Address risks including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive permissions and unsafe tool execution

• Create reusable security guardrails for engineering teams

• Support security testing, vendor assessments, remediation and incident response

• Help bring security improvements from design into production

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Product Security, Application Security or Security Engineering

• Hands-on experience with threat modelling and secure architecture reviews

• Experience designing or implementing security controls - not only identifying vulnerabilities

• Strong knowledge of:

  • authentication and authorisation

  • IAM and access-control models

  • secrets management

  • security logging and observability

  • secure software development

• Experience working with software engineering, platform, DevOps or cloud teams

• Ability to translate security risks into practical technical solutions

• Professional English and a collaborative approach (English C1)

Practical experience securing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, MCP integrations, AI development tooling or third-party model providers will be a strong advantage.

You do not need to have spent your entire career in AI security. A strong Product or Application Security foundation combined with credible AI/LLM exposure can also be a great match.

This role is fully office-based, with five days per week in the Wrocław office.
