As part of this initiative, we are building a Platform Control Automation service responsible for sending controls compliance data to the right systems at the right time. - Ability to lead a team of software engineers to deliver the right control automation solutions
- Understanding of Technology Platforms - Internal Developer Platforms and Hosting Platforms (internal and cloud)
- Knowledge of how controls affect software products
- Experience working with multiple programming languages, databases and schemas, API development, basic understanding of Linux and web technologies
- Solid understanding of how the internet and HTTP work under the hood - DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gateways - and how these come together in modern microservice architectures
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, InfluxDB), familiarity with time-series databases
- Experience with iterative delivery - delivering value in small iterations
