Junior PMO Specialist (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating change management activities with key stakeholders in line with the Change and Execution Target Operating Model
• Providing day-to-day delivery coordination, governance, and reporting support to the Value Stream Delivery Enablement Manager
• Identifying delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, and contributing to mitigation planning
• Supporting delivery teams with PI Planning, Quarterly Business Review preparation, and budget tracking
• Contributing to benefits tracking, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities across the change lifecycle
• Coordinating resource management activities, including onboarding, while building knowledge of key stakeholders and delivery goals
• Using JIRA and Confluence to support delivery tracking, planning, and governance

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects or change delivery in a complex environment
• Practical understanding of Agile delivery approaches and a willingness to develop knowledge of the HSBC Change Framework
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for delivery tracking and governance
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand wider business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to interpret information and identify key messages
• Advanced level of English

• SAFe Agilist (v5) / Leading SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification
