Web Content Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Publish, format, and schedule web content using enterprise CMS platforms.
• Maintain content categorization, metadata, tagging, and information architecture across digital assets.
• Coordinate content updates, asset delivery, and editorial feedback with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review and proofread published materials to ensure editorial accuracy, formatting consistency, and functional integrity.
• Support the exploration, testing, and implementation of AI-assisted tools for content management and publishing automation.

Our requirements

• Level of Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in web content management, digital publishing, or editorial operations.
• CMS & Workflows: Strong practical knowledge of CMS platforms and modern website publishing processes.
• Editorial Standards: Exceptional attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and dedication to visual and textual consistency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent English (required for daily editorial tasks and international collaboration).

Optional

• Practical familiarity or strong interest in applying AI tools to optimize content creation and operational workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, or basic HTML / CSS.
• Prior experience in corporate communications, financial services, or professional services.
