Agile Change Agent / Product Owner

We are looking for a product leader with Finance forecasting or planning expertise, Agile delivery experience, and a solid understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI, combined with confident stakeholder leadership and pragmatic decision-making. Your responsibilities:

• You will translate strategic priorities into a product roadmap and backlog, guide a multidisciplinary squad, and accelerate delivery of scalable capabilities.

• Working across Finance AI, Finance ERP and IT partners, you will align stakeholders, manage dependencies and balance global solutions with local needs.

• You will also connect investment decisions with business value and manage product budgets.

• In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and backlog, enabling a multidisciplinary squad to deliver valuable, scalable AI capabilities.

• You will bring together Finance, technology, data and AI teams, manage dependencies, and balance global solutions with local business needs.

You:

• You bring strong product leadership experience, Finance forecasting or FP&A expertise, Agile delivery experience, and a solid understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI.

• You are comfortable navigating complexity, engaging senior stakeholders and making pragmatic decisions that accelerate value while supporting sustainable delivery and long-term product evolution.

• You have C1 level of English proficiency and are comfortable communicating in English in a professional, international environment.
