Mid-Level Securities Transaction Capture Analyst

As a Mid-Level Securities Transaction Capture Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution specializing in securities processing and transaction control. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for processing a wide range of Capital Markets transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across international markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting global financial operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Process Capital Markets transactions including Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Collective Investments (Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds).
• Ensure technical and market validations of transactions to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Brokers, Custodian Banks, and Transfer Agents worldwide to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support global markets spanning North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia.
• Contribute to resolving complex transaction issues through analytical thinking and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in securities transaction processing or related financial operations.
• Good command of English, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Outlook and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in capital markets and a determination to learn and solve complex issues.
• A degree is desirable but not essential.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Prior experience working with international markets or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• English — good command, communicative level.
