Engineering Manager

Please note that to qualify for this role, you must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who brings together three key areas: people leadership, delivery and engineering processes, and contribution to the wider IT organization and knows how to turn them into real impact.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll report to one of the IT Directors and act as part of IT leadership within the development teams. Working with up to three teams and 18 direct reports you’ll lead and grow people, shape the way teams work, and drive continuous improvements in development processes.
