About the project
Join a global team as a Data Modelling Specialist to design, implement, and document data architectures and models for enterprise solutions. This role supports business intelligence, operations, machine learning, and data science initiatives across all data platforms (SQL, NoSQL, cloud, on-prem).
Role description
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for RDBMS, ODS, data marts, and data lakes.
Implement business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs.
Collaborate with business and application teams to build data flows and models.
Define and govern data modelling standards, tools, and best practices.
Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, security, and analytics.
Perform hands-on modelling, design, configuration, and performance tuning.
Work independently and proactively to address project requirements and reduce delivery risks.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and/or NoSQL data platforms (e.g., RDBMS, ETL, data ingestion).
Strong communication skills (fluent English required).
Knowledge of metadata management, data modelling tools (e.g., Erwin, Visual Paradigm).
Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and big data platforms (multi-data-center contexts preferred).
Experience in team management, communication, and presentation.
MongoDB experience (advantageous).
