​In this role, you will work closely with business users to help them understand and implement Enate process orchestration across the organisation. Partnering with business process owners, service delivery, project, and technical teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a critical part of the Business Applications global team within the wider AI & Digital function.

​Day to day, you will collaborate with Application Support colleagues, cross-functional technology teams, vendors, and Platform/DevOps teams to investigate issues, resolve incidents, and ensure applications continue to meet business needs.

​You will report into the Business Applications, Global organisation and play a key role in maintaining application stability, supporting business operations, and delivering a high standard of customer service.​

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to global design of delivery model and corresponding workflow design
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and needs
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system requirements and/or enhancements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Develop and present tailored solutions to meet business needs
• Assist in planning and execution of project roll outs
• Develop and maintain business requirements, solution design and implementation plan documentation
• Organize and lead workshops to discuss system standardizations and improvements
• Be open to ad-hoc international travel to other Vistra office locations for meetings, workshops or other program related activities
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
• Effectively communicate and manage progress, updates and risks to senior management and the wider business
• ​​Articulate risks, blockers, and dependencies crisply in both written and verbal formats, with actionable recommendations (not just problem statements​

• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements and process improvements
• Partners with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver platform capabilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business requirements
• Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve platform adoption, and drive operational excellence
• Builds and maintains trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful outcomes​

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or a related field or comparable working experience
• At least 5+ years of previous relevant workflow and business analysis experience
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Poland (hybrid from any of our office in Poland or fully remote within Poland); must be available for overlap with APAC/US business hours as needed (project dependent)
