Your responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, personal income tax (PIT), ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, and Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
• Implement and configure processes related to Employee Mutual Aid Funds (PKZP/KZP).
• Conduct parallel payroll runs, validate payroll results, and coordinate testing activities.
• Deliver end-user training and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and Polish statutory regulations.
• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify potential improvements, and recommend effective SAP-based solutions.

Our requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Proven experience with SAP HCM implementations, including multiple implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, including PIT, ZUS, and PPK requirements.
• Experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• English B2+ and Polish B2+.

Optional

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations with other SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP Concur.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution design, or pre-sales activities.
