Wymagania

For one of our Clients operating in the global financial services sector, we are seeking talented professionals to join long-term strategic initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building and operating the platform and its supporting CI/CD and automation ecosystem.

Ideal candidate should have:

5+ years of experience in a DevOps / Platform / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in real delivery/operations scenarios.
Experience with at least one or more of the following (as per project focus):
Workload automation, Kafka, Airflow.
Strong coding/scripting capability (e.g. Python, Java, or similar).
Strong communication skills (working across time zones and diverse teams).
Testing experience (building quality into delivery, not only “after the fact”).

Nice to have:

Experience with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub (and/or GitHub Actions).
Experience building PoCs into production-grade deployments (scaling, hardening, automation, monitoring).

Zakres obowiązków

Deliver the PoC of open-source workload automation and support its evolution to a scalable, enterprise-ready solution.
Build and maintain containerised platforms and services on Kubernetes.
Design, implement and operate automation and orchestration workflows (e.g. workload scheduling and data/processing pipelines).
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Support engineering teams with DevOps best practices: reliability, repeatability, observability, and secure-by-design deployments.
Collaborate effectively across global locations, driving outcomes with clear communication and ownership.
Contribute to testing practices (automation, integration testing, release validation).
