Role description

• Ensure a consistent delivery roadmap for various business products and use cases.

• Handle resource planning and prioritization to meet business objectives.

• Verify that Business and BA requirement documents are accurate and actionable.

• Plan and coordinate technical platform dependencies to avoid bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with Business and BAs to clarify and document requirements.

• Sign off on functional requirements and deliver Functional and Technical specifications.

• Enforce ETL design principles (CDC, data duplication, regulatory retention) and implement the transverse Data Model in collaboration with Data Architects and Product Owners.

• Document all data processes, including incoming files, data assets, outputs, schedulers, data lineage, and RTB processes.

• Serve as IT System Owner and RTB Owner, proactively managing technology risks and controls.

• Own and resolve RTB incidents, demands, and issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on Banking Data.

• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and technical data designs, including data mapping and transformation logic.

• Experience with ETL solutions (e.g., DataStage, Informatica, Talend).

• Strong coding and database skills: GCP, Oracle, Python, Spark, shell scripting.

• Experience in Data Integration projects (e.g., Data Warehouses, data migrations).
