Business Process & Digital Transformation Specialist

About the project

We are looking for a person who will connect Business and IT in process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence.

The Business Process & AI Transformation Partner helps teams better understand their processes, identify manual work, duplication, and bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements. The role serves as a bridge between user needs and technical solutions.

You don't need to be an AI expert or developer. We are looking for someone who understands business processes, can identify what could work better and is curious about how technology, automation and AI can help.

Your responsibilities

• Work with business teams and process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and opportunities for standardisation.
• Design future-state processes and prepare improvement proposals.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with users, managers, and IT teams.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into clear IT requirements, including user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the prioritisation of changes based on business value, impact, and expected benefits.
• Actively identify opportunities to use automation, Power Platform, and AI in daily business processes.
• Assess whether a challenge is best addressed through a process improvement, system configuration, automation, or AI solution.
• Support testing, implementation of changes, preparation of manuals and training materials, and adoption of new solutions.
• Prepare simple business cases, KPIs, and benefit assessments for implemented changes and AI pilots.

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or system implementation.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with different stakeholders and translating business needs into solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Very good English enabling you to work with colleagues from different countries.
• Interest in automation, digital tools and the practical use of AI in business.

Optional

• Experience with BPMN, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM or workflow systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot or similar tools.
• Previous experience in an international organisation.
• You may be a great fit if… You enjoy asking “Why do we do it this way?” and then working with others to find a simpler, faster or smarter solution. You are comfortable talking both to business users and IT specialists and you don't stop at analysis. You want to see your ideas implemented and delivering real value.
