Business System Analyst

Our client is a Polish technology company delivering IT solutions and software platforms for the financial and public sectors. The company works on large-scale, business-critical systems where stability, security and long-term development are particularly important. Its projects combine complex backend systems, databases, integrations and modern web technologies. The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.

About the project

We are looking for a System / Business Analyst who can work at the intersection of business needs and technology. You will analyse business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications and work closely with developers and other technical teams. The role involves understanding existing systems, data flows and integrations rather than focusing only on documenting new requirements. Experience with complex or regulated environments, particularly financial projects, will be highly relevant.

Your responsibilities

• Gathering and analysing business and system requirements
• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Analysing existing applications, processes, data and integrations
• Working closely with developers, testers and business stakeholders
• Preparing documentation, diagrams and system specifications
• Working with SQL and analysing data when required
• Supporting development teams throughout the implementation process
• Helping identify dependencies, risks and potential issues

Our requirements

• Commercial experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in banking/finanse area
• Good understanding of software development and IT systems
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Ability to analyse integrations, data flows and existing applications
• Experience in projects involving complex or regulated environments will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English and Polish communication skills

• 12,000–18,000 PLN per month + bonus
