About the project

We are looking for an EUC Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will guide the architecture and technology solutions for endpoints infrastructure, ensuring a high-performing and continuously improving end-user experience. You will be responsible for managing the outsourced support team and collaborating with various stakeholders to define the product roadmap and capabilities. If you are passionate about enhancing digital workplace solutions and have a strong background in IT management, this opportunity is for you.

This is a hybrid role that requires presence at the office in Warsaw 1 day a week.

Your responsibilities

• Defining and managing the End User Computing (EUC) roadmap to ensure successful technology deployment and optimization
• Overseeing the architecture and technology solutions for the endpoints infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Leading and managing the outsourced support team, acting as an escalation point for technical issues, and providing hands-on expertise
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Creating, reviewing, and approving design changes in the technical domain, ensuring adherence to governance processes
• Managing subscriptions and costs associated with licensing, optimizing expenses where possible
• Communicating technical information effectively across diverse audiences, including business stakeholders and technical teams
• Participating in vendor and product evaluations to select configurations and solutions that align with business objectives

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune at scale, managing over 10,000 users
• Previous responsibility for deployment and management of Windows 10/11 in large organizations, ideally with over 15,000 devices
• Proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 Apps using Microsoft Intune and Office Portal
• Experience with Windows deployment using Microsoft Autopilot
• Understanding of licensing approaches and user licensing SKUs
• Strong command of identity and application access management, including Active Directory and Azure AD
• Advanced level of English
• Residency in Poland
