Role description

• Elicit, structure, and document requirements for platform and infrastructure changes, including purpose, stakeholders, and success criteria.

• Break initiatives into well-defined, sequenced work items for engineers to execute without ambiguity.

• Coordinate delivery across teams and dependencies: track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion.

• Own and improve team documentation, including runbooks, process documents, architecture summaries, and onboarding materials.

• Analyze and map current processes and technical estate, identifying gaps, risks, and simplification opportunities.

• Prepare clear governance and stakeholder materials, such as impact assessments, options papers, and status summaries.

• Support the platform lead in demand management: qualify requests, gather details, and route work appropriately.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of proven experience as a Technical BA, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role in infrastructure, cloud, or technology environments.

• Strong analytical skills to transform vague or conflicting input into precise, structured requirements.

• Technical fluency to work credibly with engineers (understanding of web/cloud fundamentals: DNS, HTTP/TLS, cloud infrastructure, networking).

• Excellent written communication for documentation, requirements, and stakeholder materials.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Experience coordinating across distributed teams and senior stakeholders, with confidence to ask clarifying questions.

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.

• Familiarity with CDN/edge platforms (e.g., Akamai), Azure, or web application security from an analysis or coordination perspective.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured delivery methods (Agile or hybrid).

• Experience mapping processes or producing lightweight architecture documentation.

• BA or delivery certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA, AgilePM) is a plus.
