z justjoin.itWe’re looking for a developer who enjoys solving business problems and can help lead projects from an initial idea through delivery. You’ll work with business teams to understand their processes, build practical solutions, and keep projects moving. We’ll provide training on our automation platforms, including Microsoft Power Automate, WEBCON, UiPath and many other solutions.
Fully remote. 25+ years of experience on the Polish market for the American biggest children's apparel company since the 1940s.
Self-motivated and team player. Long term contract only.
What you’ll do
Develop and support workflows, applications, and automations.
Meet with business users to understand requirements and turn them into working solutions.
Coordinate project tasks, communicate progress, and help deliver projects on time.
Troubleshoot issues, document your work, and improve existing processes.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on development experience in any language or platform, with the ability to learn new tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
The confidence to take ownership of tasks and work directly with business users.
Experience with APIs, SQL, or system integrations is a plus.
Based development skills are required in Java, C# and Python
Experience with WEBCON, UiPath, Power Automate, or project leadership is welcome but not required.
A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is a plus, but practical skills and a willingness are required.
Hire process: get to know meeting in Polish followed by a second one, technical oriented within 2 weeks period. Brief English conversation is possible in order to estimate the skills.
