Workday Functional Consultant - Poland | Czech Republic | Hungary

Take ownership of real HR transformation challenges
You've built your first professional experience. Now you're ready for more ownership.
As a Workday Functional Consultant at Deloitte, you'll work with local and international clients to understand business challenges, design better HR processes and translate them into technology solutions.
You'll be more than someone who configures a system. We want you to develop into someone clients can trust to understand the problem, challenge assumptions and recommend a way forward.

What we offer:

• Grow from delivery professional to trusted adviser
• You'll develop through Workday training and certifications, client delivery and support from experienced Deloitte colleagues.
• But you'll also be expected to own your learning.
• Consulting means you will sometimes face a client question you've never answered before, an unfamiliar process or a challenging deadline. Success isn't about already knowing every answer.
• It's about being able to structure the problem, ask good questions, find the right expertise, make a recommendation and move things forward.
• And you'll do that within a team that helps each other learn and succeed.
• You'll work with one of today's leading HR technology platforms while developing capabilities that go beyond a single system.
• Technology will evolve. Great consultants evolve with it.
• If you're ready to take more ownership, work directly with clients and become a business and technology adviser, we'd like to meet you.
• This role requires visits in office min. 2x/month and we are looking for candidates who accepts business travels.

• Learn quickly and enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems
• Can turn ambiguity into structured questions and actions
• Are comfortable speaking with clients
• Can explain complex topics simply
• Take ownership of your work and follow things through
• Manage deadlines and changing priorities
• Proactively seek answers, expertise and support
• Can challenge ideas constructively
• Enjoy building relationships and working with people
• Are fluent in English
• Previous Workday experience is valuable, but Workday knowledge alone isn't what we're hiring for.
