This role focuses primarily on application support and business analysis, while also supporting the Agile team’s workflow. As a small team, we’re looking for a well-rounded candidate who understands both business needs and technical aspects and can effectively support and coordinate the team’s work.

Wymagania

Must Have:

Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in application support, service management, or a similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Domain Knowledge

• Experience within Master Data Management processes.
• Experience supporting Finance-related applications and business processes.
• Knowledge of data management, reporting, or analytics solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and configuration-based platforms.

Agile and Scrum Experience

• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile teams.
• Scrum Master certification.

Zakres obowiązków

• Application Support and Service Management
• Provide application support for Finance and Master Data Management solutions.
• Investigate, analyze, and coordinate resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Monitor application performance, data quality, and operational stability
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Agile and Scrum
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, document decisions and action items, and follow up on open questions.
• Support product backlog management by helping prioritize items and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for enhancements and improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Testing, Releases and Continuous Improvement
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing business value and operational efficiency.
