EUC Manager

Your responsibilities

• Ensure that the EUC roadmap is defined and that any technology deployment or change is successful and optimised
• Manage service transitions between service providers, including handover/takeover of operational responsibilities and coordination of Service Transition activities
• Guide architecture and technology solutions underpinning endpoints infrastructure
• Deliver a high performing continuously improving end user experience as part of Digital Workplace
• Accountable for the End User Computing service and availability; deliver ongoing support and maintenance of the Product through a partner-led outsourced team
• Act as an escalation point for technical teams and provide guidance and hands on expertise
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, vendors and other parties to understand and develop solutions; work closely with Cyber, Procurement and Privacy teams to ensure compliance
• Develop understanding of existing technology, vendors, systems and processes and provide practical improvement solutions
• Act as owner and focal point for the internal product used by over 35k+ employees and partners
• Define the product roadmap and required capabilities
• Create, review and/or approve design changes in the technical domain
• Lead and manage the outsourced support team for support and maintenance
• Manage the EUC area against agreed budgets for licensing and support costs; work with finance and procurement on contract renewals and changes
• Manage the outsourced partner against contractual obligations and cost
• Manage subscriptions to optimize costs within Enterprise Agreement
• Adhere to architecture and technology governance processes; lead/facilitate development of standards and best practices in EUC domain
• Communicate detailed technical information across a wide range of audiences
• Participate in evaluation/selection of configurations, solutions or products, including vendor and product evaluations
• Apply analysis, research and problem-solving skills across various systems and situations

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical IT experience
• At least 5 years hands on experience of MS Intune at scale (more than 10k users)
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience working within global organizations and coordinating external support teams
• Deployment and management of Windows 10/11 in large, geographically spread organizations (15k devices or more) (preferable)
• Deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps using MS Intune/Office Portal (preferable)
• MS Windows deployment using Autopilot (preferable)
• Knowledge of licensing approaches and user licensing SKUs (preferable)
• Identity and application access (Active Directory / Azure AD)
• Experience working in remote/virtual global teams
• Experience managing outsourced/offshore project and support teams
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Process and ITIL documentation requirements
• Key Skills: Autopilot, EntraID/AzureID, Intune, Microsoft365Apps, Windows10
• Hybrid work from the client's office in Warsaw.

• Organizational migration, divestment, or deployment experience
