Agile Coach for SAFe Transformation - Remote Europe (h/f)

Are you an experienced Agile Coach with hands-on SAFe transformation experience?

emagine has an opportunity for you to drive agile adoption, scaling, and continuous improvement across technical and business teams with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)

• Proven track record participating in or leading a SAFe transformation

• Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills

• Fluent in English

Tasks & Deliverables

• Educate and reinforce agile principles, values, and practices with team members, leaders, product managers, product owners, and business stakeholders

• Enable collaboration by improving communication, establishing communities of practice, and promoting a transparent workplace culture

• Identify workflow blockers, perform root-cause analysis, and guide continuous improvement practices

• Support and drive the broader organizational mindset shift toward agile ways of working
