Wymagania

• Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in workplace, infrastructure or solution architecture roles.
• Experience contributing to the design of enterprise workplace solutions, ideally in larger or international environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions such as the following areas. You don’t need to tick every box. Strong experience in some of these areas and the drive to learn the rest is enough:

- Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 lifecycle management.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and password-less authentication.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 or similar desktop virtualization platforms.
- Application packaging, software distribution and application lifecycle management.
- Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS or macOS management.

• Experience creating solution documentation such as high-level designs, low-level designs, technical standards, decision records and migration plans.
• Ability to move from requirements to detailed technical design and implementation guidance.
• A practical, hands-on approach: you enjoy getting into the technical detail and testing and validating designs in lab or pilot environments.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Although you will work with the Polish team on a daily basis, we are a mixed international team, so you need to be proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Zakres obowiązków

• Design and document end-to-end workplace solutions, from architecture and technical design through implementation guidance, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Falck's overall IT architecture.
• Contribute to technical standards, reference architectures and roadmaps for the Digital Workplace domain, in collaboration with senior architects.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
• Take ownership of architecture work within core workplace domains such as endpoint management, collaboration platforms, software distribution, desktop virtualization, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure supporting end-user services.
• Support the evaluation of new technologies and vendors, assessing their technical fit with Falck's existing landscape and digital workplace direction.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, and ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global and local IT teams, product owners, project managers, and external partners to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Build and run proofs of concept, and take part in technical design reviews and workshops to validate solution designs.
• Share your knowledge with colleagues in the Digital Workplace team, and keep building your own architecture skills with support from senior architects.
