BI & Automation Specialist

Recruitment for

our Client, an international manufacturing company that is currently establishing a new Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Wrocław, we are looking for a BI & Automation Specialist. In this role, you will support Finance Operational Excellence initiatives by developing business intelligence, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making processes across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within Finance
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
• Build and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions
• Use SQL and low-code technologies to automate workflows and analyze business data
• Contribute to the adoption of Generative AI solutions by identifying use cases, creating prototypes, and supporting business users
• Collaborate with Central IT teams to improve data quality, data governance, and data integration processes
• Support the development of modern data platforms, including data lake and lakehouse environments
• Configure and utilize enterprise AI solutions to support document management, knowledge analysis, and workflow automation
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for implemented solutions
• Support solution testing, deployment, user adoption, and change management activities
• Work closely with international and cross-functional stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or a similar area
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and data model development
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts
• Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI solutions
• Very good English communication skills
