About the project

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join an international software development project.

You will primarily work with React and TypeScript, while also contributing to backend development using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in frontend development, has commercial exposure to Java, and enjoys working across the full application stack.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate applications with REST APIs.
• Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture improvements.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and WebSockets.
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Jest).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Optional

• Experience with JUnit and backend integration testing.
• Experience with Java EE, JSF, or JBoss.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Kafka, Hadoop, or Spark.
• Experience with Vite, Webpack, or Apache JackRabbit.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus or ELK.
