Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Identify potential challenges, risks, and dependencies, proactively proposing effective solutions

• Facilitate meetings, discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution

• Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication of project updates

• Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships across the organization

• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role

• Previous experience in the financial sector or another highly regulated industry

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion

• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing priorities

• Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances

• Experience in facilitating discussions, supporting decision-making, and resolving conflicts

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across different teams

• A growth mindset, openness to change, and willingness to challenge existing approaches

• Ability to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to complex business challenges
