As a HashiCorp Vault & Terraform Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading enterprise managing complex multi-faceted IT environments. You will play a pivotal role in securing, automating, and optimizing on-premises infrastructure, delivering innovative solutions that bolster organizational security and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation to new consumers for integrating with an on-prem HashiCorp Vault environment.
• Advise on onboarding strategies, including best practices for Secrets Engines and Authentication methods.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and self-help materials to empower developers for independent onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service health and resilience.
• Lead strategic programs, offering SME insights in solution design.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage ad-hoc out-of-hours work aligned with change management protocols.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a HashiCorp Vault environment (preferably on-premises).
• 3+ years of experience using HashiCorp Terraform and developing automation solutions.
• Strong expertise in Vault integration, including Secret Engines and Authentication methods.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for Vault integration challenges and service inefficiencies.
• Experience designing monitoring and alerting solutions at an enterprise level (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, SCOM).
• Familiarity with large-scale technologies deployed in a global IT enterprise.
• Experience working within Agile teams, managing work in Jira and Jira Service Desk.

It is a strong plus if you have: 

• Certifications related to HashiCorp products or enterprise monitoring solutions.

Language required for the role:

• Excellent command of English is required.
