Senior Technology Program Manager (SAP S/4HANA – Finance & Integrations)

We are looking for: Senior Technology Program Manager (SAP S/4HANA – Finance & Integrations)

General info: 

• Location: hybrid, Kraków or Warsaw (the first days of onboarding take place in the office)

• Start: November 2026

• Duration: 3 months (until 15 February 2027)

• General info: contract, full-time

• Rate: up to 180 pln/h

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the technical setup of SAP S/4HANA finance areas (FI, CO, PTP, OTC, Treasury) and the way they connect with other systems

• Shape and maintain the overall SAP landscape, including links to external applications and in-house platforms such as warehouse and courier systems

• Design a structured approach to managing integrations: interface and API guidelines, master and reference data rules, monitoring practices

• Set clear quality gates and delivery checkpoints across testing, UAT, go-live preparation and service levels, and make sure they are followed

• Oversee internal teams and external implementation partners, keeping scope, timelines, costs and quality on track

• Make sure technical documentation is complete, up to date and produced to an agreed standard, contributing to it directly where needed

• Act as the main technical counterpart for Finance, Controlling, the SAP CoE, global architects and country roll-out leads (Poland, Italy, Iberia, Netherlands)

• Work in a direct reporting line to the global programme lead for SAP S/4HANA

Requirements:

• Solid background managing technology programs or projects in an SAP environment

• Practical, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP / Integration Suite

• Track record of planning and running integrations between SAP and surrounding or in-house applications

• Good understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, event streaming (Kafka), EDI and bank connectivity

• Experience steering vendors and system integrators and holding them accountable for delivery

• Confidence in running quality gates and monitoring delivery against agreed service levels

• Comfort moving between technical discussions on architecture and day-to-day program control

• Ability to introduce structure and standards where little exists today, while keeping live roll-outs moving

• Previous work on international roll-outs that required aligning local needs with a global template is a strong plus

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and ITIL practices

• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher)
