About the project

We are looking for a Conga CLM / Salesforce Application Specialist to join an international enterprise project focused on the implementation, administration, integration, and support of a Contract Lifecycle Management application.

The role combines application administration, data migration, business process configuration, integrations, testing, and L1–L3 support. You will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.

Your responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Conga CLM / Salesforce-based application.
• Migrate data and documents from legacy systems such as Salesforce and Google Drive.
• Work with Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, SQL, and data structures.
• Configure business processes, workflows, users, and email alerts.
• Support integrations with DocuSign, Box, SSO, and Microsoft Word 365.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 application support and resolve incidents via ServiceNow.
• Investigate application, workflow, and data-related issues.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and mass record updates.
• Test application functionality, integrations, and vendor bug fixes.
• Cooperate with vendors and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support business teams in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Prepare user documentation and support user training.

Our requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Application Specialist / Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Conga CLM or a similar CLM solution.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data structures and administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader / Salesforce Inspector.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in L1–L3 application support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience with integrations, preferably DocuSign, SSO, Box, and Office 365.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
